For me, a What If? question is always the pivotal starting point for a creative brainstorming session. It’s amazing how many times, from the start of designing a quilt or a fabric collection to its finish,  whether on my own or working collaboratively, I instinctually ask What If, challenging myself to explore possibilities leading to a satisfying, unexpected solution.

A million What If questions later, I’m happy to introduce to you the 18 answers that make up the visual feast that is the What If Collection. Of the five different patterns, the three titled Prima Donna, Radio Star and Good Vibes are decorative configurations consisting of rhythmic, interlaced forms. Available in three colorways, each design combines the symmetry, intricacy and abundant color I love.

The fourth pattern, Spectrum, is an expressive, pulsating stripe. I can’t wait to play with the three intriguing colorways.

Since I always like to include a non-directional all-over in each collection, the fifth offering is Brush, a pattern that renders a sense of depth and luminosity and is available in six different tonal combinations.
